Use as a
- Writers’ retreat, and be inspired by the two resident well-travelled writers, and/or as
- Stopover before or after catching the Interislander ferry (1 hour’s drive south) and/or as a base to
- Visit the cultural, arty and funky capital city of Wellington for theatre, visit to parliament, museums, libraries, shopping, look at the gorgeous harbour, and historical buildings, and/or
- A base to explore the pristine beaches, numerous bush walks, or the vibrant Kāpiti Island
Optional extras:
- If without car, we can pick up/drop off at local railway station (Waikanae to Wellington – 1 hour )
- Pick up/drop off to Wellington international/domestic airport – 1 hour away
- Guided bush walks – Māori native plants and their uses
- Continental breakfast (selection of local fruits, breads) - Gluten and Dairy Free options available on request
